1. Acceptance of these terms
By using Jarvis, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service or connect external accounts.
2. What the service does
Jarvis is a personal assistant product that helps users with communication, scheduling, document creation, spreadsheet operations, presentation work, and similar productivity tasks. Some features require the user to connect external services, including Google services, through OAuth.
3. Account ownership and authorization
You may connect only Google accounts that you own or are authorized to control. You remain responsible for the scopes you approve and for the actions Jarvis performs on your behalf after you explicitly request them.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Jarvis to:
- Access accounts, files, or mailboxes without authorization.
- Send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful content.
- Interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the service.
- Use the service in violation of applicable law, Google policies, or third-party rights.
5. External services
Jarvis may depend on third-party services, including Google APIs. The availability, limits, and behavior of those external services may affect how Jarvis works. Jarvis is not responsible for downtime or policy changes introduced by third-party providers.
6. Connected account management
You can disconnect your Google account from Jarvis at any time. Jarvis may also suspend or disconnect integrations when required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or technical integrity.
7. Data and work products
You retain responsibility for the content handled through your connected accounts and for the work products Jarvis creates or edits on your behalf. You should review assistant-generated output before relying on it for critical decisions.
8. No warranty
Jarvis is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use case.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of Jarvis are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from use of the service or inability to use the service.
10. Changes to the service or terms
Jarvis may evolve over time. The service and these terms may be updated to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or security needs. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
